This is a parody of "The Ray Bradbury Theater" hosted by Ray Bradbury done by "The Dead Alewives". I felt it was good enough, and FUNNY enough to "re- imagine" it, as I have, using "The Movies" engine.
I hope you all enjoy it! :) Comments are welcome!
I should note that each of these animations were made BY me from start to finish using only the (meager) resources available in "The Movies" game and its expansion. Each of these takes me anywhere upwards of 12 hours to several days (weeks in the case of the longest ones) to make. I have to isolate out the audio LINE BY LINE in a sound editing program so that I can get the right actor's mouth to move at the right time(s). Then I have to create the animations. Then I have to dub in and lip-sync up the footage. Then I have to export chunks of "complete" animation out to a separate editor where I then composite everything together, along with my custom-made credits and whatnot. (Music, etc.) It's a long, tedious, extremely boring process... But it's one that I gladly and willingly undertake in order to bring these relics of the radio to others. :) I hope that these efforts bring light to you all! :)
(As an aside, I must note that I do NOT hate Ray Bradbury! LOL I did this homage up because I actually LOVE his writing! "Pappa Ray" and I have explored many, many fantastic worlds together! I highly recommend him to any and all who enjoy reading! Especially writing by someone of this kind of magnificent caliber! :))
@buffalofilmfestival The Movies is a sim game released by Lionhead where you run a movie studio; it also includes a fairly basic machinima engine with preset animations and such, so it can be hard to match it to pre-existing sound like gadreel did. Still, it's fun if you have no interest in learning Poser.

Good use of the game. It's a funny sketch in and of itself of course, especially the punchline.
