@crazyhorseyhart you know what, you don't seem very wise. As a trainer you should realize that no rider in their early years is perfect, and that they do things wrong that in time will be corrected by their trainer and the experience that handling these amazing creatures gives us. Also, you have to realize this person must have improved since 2010. I'm not saying you can't point out what she was doing wrong, I'm just saying you shouldn't be talking to someone over the internet like that.
