having owned 3 ford cortinas mk 2 and 3 i could simply say they are superb cars, tremendous power and torque, and due to its double wishbone and rack and pinion steering they offer handling much better than some newer cars. in my country we have lots of parts still available like essex camshafts, weber 36 rack and pinion assembly..which could explain why im going to but another ford cortina mk 3..enthusiasts here would revere them as a 4dr camaro due to their similarity in sexiness.
