  • you r really very sweet....

we dont eat eggs....so what i can use insteed og eggs

  • Thank you for the compliments!

We don't know to make apple-chestnut cake without eggs but inside our recipes we put less possible to keep the taste. Anyway try the "charlotte with pears", but take it easy some dry biscuits are made with eggs, "muffins" or "apple pie".

    Best regards,

    Chef Mary

  • Speaking of chestnuts have you ever tried steamed ones? I've only found them at Asian Markets and I think they are a healthy snack.

You can make your own by buying a bag at a grocery store, put them in a steamer basket, and viola! A nice protein filled snack that you crack out of the shell ^_^

  • do a christmas dessert recipe!!! =D

  • yeayyyy!! new recipe...thanks M/J..

  • This came out so good!!! Thank you!!

I didn't know how much 1 packet of baking powder weighs, but I used about 4 grams (1tsp). I also couldn't find chestnut flour, so I did the almond flour exactly like you recommended.

    Thank you!!!
