Steps
1. Get Audacity
2. Get a microphone
3. record
4. Effects_delay
Decay amount: 10
Delay time: 0.0045
pitch change per echo: 0
# of echoes: 30(max)
5. repeat the effect [Effects_repeat delay (ctrl+R for windows)]
6. adjust pitch to your desire
7. add bassboost
