Israeli chef Asher Toubkin is gearing up for competition at the French Dessert Open by refining his skills as a chocolate sculptor. If he is judged favorably at the Dessert Open, he'll earn the right to represent Israel at the World Pastry Cup, to be held in Lyons in 2009.
none of it was good enough to be in bronze so chocolate seems logical
