零八憲章本地簽署者到深圳投案 四人加一記者被公安拘捕

原文：我們也有簽署零八憲章，與劉曉波共同進退，闖關投案。
一班追求民主的香港公民，眼見零八憲章的發起人---劉曉波，被中共法院以煽動顛覆國家政權罪成，重判入獄。
對中國共產黨判處異見之手段，我們感到非常詫異，而且認為不可讓劉曉波獨自面對。我們身在香港擁有言論自由，不能就手旁觀。
所以我們要發動聲援劉曉波及支援零八憲章運動，因而決定集體投案。明天2009年12月27日，於羅湖口岸，一起帶著我們的零八憲章簽署書，返回內地投案。
2009年12月27日，15時00分，港鐵粉嶺站往羅湖方向，第十二卡車尾等。

Mr. Liu Xiaobo has been sentenced to 11 years by the Chinese government after co-authoring Charter 08, a bold manifesto calling for the reform of Chinas one-party communist system and the protection of human rights. We are the 21 co-signers of the said Chapter 08, so we think we should also be sent to jail by the Ch⋯⋯inese government. We tried to enter the mainland China in order to surrender ourselves to the mainland border control public security on 28 December 2009. When we were still within the border of Hong Kong, the mainland border control public securities were suddenly trespassing the Hong Kong side and used excessive force to kidnap 4 of the protestors and 2 reporters. The Hong Kong police did not carry out their duties to protect the protestors and let the mainland public security kidnap our 4 members. The police has reserved their rights to prosecute the protestors. The police has denied that the mainland border control public security crossed the Hong Kong border to enforce the law. We had managed to take a film which was uploaded to Youtube. Everyone can see that the Hong Kong police is a liar. This incident can tell the world that there is no existence of one country two systems at all. It is only a joke!

點解香港警察唔拔槍保護香港市民呢？我知道如果喱件事發生於97­­前，皇家香港警察一定夠膽拔槍指向公安，然後一齊拒捕越境嘅公­安­。我明白香港已經回歸祖國，但係法律係一樣要遵守，尤其是執­法人­員。違犯基本法嘅人，就要受罰，甚至被捕。公安咁樣做，已­經算係­非法入境，香港警察有足夠理由拒捕佢哋。喱件事同邊個有­權邊個冇­權無關，只係邊個犯法就邊個被捕。
