Steve ur right except those huge guys use roids avoiding catabalism and they carbs load the day before a game.

but..body performance tv?....not saying your "wrong"....but after really intense workouts,i mean really intense...isnt it possible to lose muscle mass since you use up all your carbs and begin burning fat and muscle....it would probably take more than 3 hours im sure,probably a marathon actually to start losing muscle,but perhaps if you exercise intensely a few times a day,it might be beneficial to have some sort of small,continuous carbohydrate source to snack on,like jolly ranchers or lemons

@HomicidalDavid I don't think it is scientifically correct to use the words "lose muscle". The muscle cell either grows or shrinks and its size is transient. That is all.

@Louisg271 That's right. Eating will help with weight loss BUT there is no food that will improve your aerobic conditioning. And you can eat all the protein you want and it won't build one ounce of muscle with out exercise.

ok. if u work out ur body needs to repair, if u dont eat food how is that posible. to be honnest ever since iv been going to the gym 2 years ago i started eating every three hours, now i cant go longer then 3 hours with out eating cuz im always hungry, i use to be that short fat kid, now im that jack short kid, i followed scoobys edvice then i came accrose ur edvice, ur edvice is alot easyer to follow and do, but scoobys was alot harder to grasp, but it was worth it to me in the long run.
