Engel First 2011 Dunk sessions

This 2011 its not starting really good...
I just can describe the beggining of my 2011 dunking adventure with one word: INJURIES.
They are..
Right quadriceps pain (less explosive in my right leg aka my jumper leg)
Left knee contusion (While playing a game)
Right hand pain.

But wait, that doesnt mean game over!
I'll return to comeback and be dunking like 2010. Just waiting for the soon sunny days to go to dunk ...

vanillafly6 can u tell me what exercises u did for that jump i have also increased my jump by doing split squats (plyometrics)

@coolaj1997 dunking, dunking and more dunking...stretching a lot before and after dunking and play basketball, soccer ,etc....do split squats works for you¿?

@KeTexNBA Thanks man! And YES that is Palau Blaugrana! :) It was a dunk contest but in the warmups I started to get pain in my quadriceps that why I just made basic dunks...
