  • U prob wont believe me but my great great uncle is James Cagney

  • That's very cool. I'm a big fan. The Roaring Twenties is probably my favorite of his films.

  • Damn, this is cool. Great edit for a great movie.

  • Thanks very much!

  • JEFF BUCKLEY? HES DEAD.. whats up with that ? Whats that song have to do with this classic film? .. Good mercy man

  • Well, James Cagney's dead too. It doesn't make him less relevant.

I thought Buckley's Hallelujah was an appropriate choice for my tonal attempt.

  • Loved the way you edited this parody trailer. Made it really seem like the two main buddies had a very special, close relationship. Love the part at :59-1:00 where she says, "Maybe you found someone you like better" as it shows a clip of the two guys! (Cute, fun parody trailer!)

  • The Guy In 0:16 Was really smelling his ass O.o

  • "Noir Nation" on Facebook, Youtube, kickstarter . com, and Twitter. Looking for submissions of stories, graphic novels, and for the website, short noir films.

  • you dirty rat

  • What a cool video.Nice homage to James Cagney also.He is my favorite movie gangster along with Robert DeNiro.Too bad they don´t make them like that anymore.

  • @mattmc8089 Are you familiar with John C McCabe?

  • Theirs was a love no machine gun could ever kill........

  • these gangsters are so classic.

this song is also so classic.

  • Jeremy Renner must have studied Cagney for his role in “The Town.” Take a look at the last few minutes in this compilation. Renner is Cagney, especially in the final moments of “The Town” before he is gunned down. I am enthralled and going to be watching “Public Enemy” and “White Heat,” which I haven’t seen in years.

  • dope ass movie... and from 1931? i fuckin love it.
