I remember Marvin's music as far back as 1963 when he was singing "Ain't That Peculiar" but, sadly, he just couldn't keep his shit straight when it came to drugs. When your own father feels so threatened that he shoots you dead, there's a problem that extends way beyond any lyric or musical note that you can create.
