@ibanez860 I agree with you completely and some people take it a little too far with the conservation thing. But i know one thing that isn't good for any fish is to stick you fingers inside their gills.

@ibanez860 Actually browns and brooks are very fragile and you need to wet your hands before handling it or else you remove the slime coat with the adhesive from your hands...

@buddhasis My family comes from farming in Michigan and my late uncle helped charter lakes in the U.P.Flyfishing,and tying flies,were taught at a very young age. The environmental impact has definitely reduced populations from 40 years ago. My father always said, the quickest way to display lack of intelligence,is through profanity. I agree with(??..lakeisgreen) that a lot if these comments are unnecessary,and should b removed. Anyway,I know what you mean.
