this is not a good idea to take nyquil .that tape is a bad idea this person switched the tape on you .2 tea spoons is all you shoud take and if you do take more you need a shrink real bad as for nyquil it self ity will help you if yiou follow the directions on the bottle if you dont your liver that keeps you alive will stop working got it like in STOP
