When gossip crosses the line, it may be considered defamation, and is against the law. Defamation is false information which injures another person.

  • Any kind of gossip, whether it be true or not is defamation of character. Those that did not know about something that a person said or did should not be victimized by the gossips information.

  • Defamation happens to regular people too. Trust me. And I hate to break it to ya, but telling LIES about people, and in return the persons character gets ruined.. well those are called damages and the hurt person can claim damages. Especially if : they cannot find a job, people stray from them in the community, and you know what the best is? LOL- When you know who it is! A person with no credibility making the false statements. Watch out JEALOUS Biotch & Ugly Basta5d! Love you 2 ! ahahaha
