I have time warner roadrunner and I hate it too. It can't get more than one computer at a time, which completely contradicts with what they advertise. They recommended that I get a second modem and the price is $49.99 a month.

@izlude2 they don't do that no company does. Every company has issues with their product especially if they are a major billion dollar company. I work for time warner cable has a csr in one of their call centers in canada. i get maby 10 phone calls a month about internet. the only service interruption that happens is after 62 days of non pay. But i do agree their prices are too high with the amount of issues "they" have.

they pull a dirty tactic of slowing your internet down if you haven't paid your internet. the bill comes in on the 6th of the month and the deadline is the 26th. if you haven't paid by the first date the bill is issued, they slow it down.

Oh and Video creator really you shouldn't bitch. Your internet is amazing compared to mine. 3mbps down, .7 up. It's fucking terrible. So our up is over double my down. Also there limited by the number of users in your area and stuff like that. So it's really not that bad. And all internet providers go threw outages. Trust me I have experienced them first hand.
