@LeNadeau1 Are you saying that the vikings were of African decent? Where did you gather this information? From what I've read, the modern day Norwegians, Swedes, Icelandic, Finns and Danes are genetically linked to the vikings from Scandinavia.

The vikings travelled far south, but from what I've heard, they never travelled further than northern Africa and Turkey, or Miklagard, as Istanbul was called during those days.

as you surely know americans natives havent any kind of writings only legends and myths and the only legends any myths of some tribes relating to white men from the sea tell only that they traded with them in peace and harmony and the white guys settled there. check our "eric the red" and his travel to Vinland and the contacts they made. There never was a war between the american and the european natives till the christians slayed a mios of them, both.
