  • I have the full VCD of both Tai Chi & Tai Chi Sword. They include step by step instruction by Master Xue. However, it has Cantonese on the left and Mandarin on the Right. If someone can tell me how to separate them, I'd be happy to load it for you.

  • from kapten (Russia)

Don`t you have Jet Li Tai Chi complex? It seems to me that only Jet Li is the most powerfull Master; other are real masters, but are far from concrete fight techique...

Couldn`t you send some materials with Jet Li?

  • I'm sorry, but Jet Li & Tai Chi has nothing in common. In fact, Jet Li is a martial art performer, not a master. Study his slow motion clips in Fearless, and you will see how elementary his skills are. Yet, he is great in what he does - carefully choreographed sequences, 100s of takes combined to makeup a two minute scene.

If you are looking for real martial art skills resulting from a life time of dedication, you will find many fine example on Youtube.

  • omg do some fucking research people when you see people in tai chi doing these movements its basicly there practice of going through the motions and perfecting their moves while meditating when they actually apply the moves in a fight it is way faster and way more powerful and oh yea put him up against a ufc fighter and a close combat expert huh? totally different styles of fighting and tai chi is for self defense and meditation mainly

  • I put my foot in my mouth when I criticized this master's performance 2 months ago. NOW, I have watched this vid for the fourth times, and I love his slow and deliberate movements. His dan-pian posture so great! Up to now, I still do not feel I can have that kind of great presence/body language doing the dan-pian/single whip in this 42 form. Solid and graceful enough with inner power. I should not rushed my judgment earlier. BUT, the choice of music did not match with his movements :(

  • Thank you for sharing the video. The Video and the song are extremely good, epecially the song is sound so nice. but in my opinion the song doesn't match the taichi. That''s all.

  • @hk74us jet li was wu chu champion many years ago,i can tell you jet is a great master in many styles,i am sure that in real fighting it is hard to find a match for him...in his movies some of the moves that he has created are perfectly suited for real fighting situations, the way alone that he opens his hands to hit you with his fingers, when his fist is out of reach..this my friend is a example of a great master..to be able to copy this move one must be a master in tai chi for several reasons

  • @Drakula5 jet li is a master. there are clips of him on youtube winning tournaments back when he was 10. he is a performer but to perform you have to know what your doing. dont knock him.

  • @cashmerio ,

Very observant indeed! This combo 42 form majority of the movements are from yang style. This master's posture too rigid. Straight can be non-rigid too.:-) One has nothing to do with the other.

  • @jackmol ,

The choice of his music was great, unfortunately master Xue did NOT perform according to the music beat, and his expression was not in sync with the melodious song. I used the same kind of music to perform 42 or 32 combo taichi style also. The passerby loved watching the performance.:-)

27 years ago he won the gold, but his movements still resembled the "old" stage performance. His body language, eyes, cocking of his head, the fist...those are for show. Great stuff. Thanks for sharing

  • this makes me wanna hav a sparring partner...somehow

  • @iLoveMetal892 it more about borrowed force

using the opponent's force against them

and thats y with this weak people can fight

well depending on them i mean if they're extremely sick of course they cant fight

but i think you get what i mean

  • LMFAO Taichi is really fighting skills.

But also used as Self Tranning and the

Tai chi state that U and Universe become together by doin this blah blah.

The Real Tai chi(Combat) Is Defensive

It's all about counter attack back.

  • And so would you if Master Xue An Ri "bum rushed" you
