  • This is one of the few videos I've seen that prove you do not have to go all the way to the floor to get a really good workout. This is a great demonstration and it really does work the abs and also the upper back. And doing it slowly is the way to go. As one other commenter said, however, you already have to have some substantial core strength to do this.
