A very pathetic attempt at a parallel.

  • What evidence do you have that a virgin ever had a baby, anywhere? What evidence do you have that anybody ever got up out of their grave, anywhere?

  • They've got a lot in common, they're both myths XD' and they share: resurection, performing miracles, 12 disciples, etc....

  • @HomleandSecurity Bible must never be literally interpreted ¬¬'

  • @PurpleMilkcup Umm...moron...Jesus is in the Bible. Thus, He existed. Derp derp.

  • @EyeofHorus33 Only Jesus Christ and George Washington Christ were born of virgins. These other false gods must be killed!

  • Only Jesus Christ and his brother, George Washington Christ, are the true Lords. Jesus and George Christ will be reborn in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania of the virgin Betsy Ross. When they come back, America will finally rid itself of Moslems, queers, liberals, illegal immigrants and Satanic Darwinists.

  • Jesus didn't exist neither... you're arguments are invaled... and what about misspellign by european first invaders? in english they call "Chinchou" to "Jingzhou"... so di a bit more researching before emitting an opinion

  • Eastern writers agree in placing the birth of Beddou 1027 BC. The doctrines of this god prevailed over Japan&China. According to belief: 'God's greatest incarnation was three 3,000 years ago, in the province of Cashmere, under the name of Beddou. He was thought to have sprung from a virgin of royal blood, who, when she became a mother, continued to be a virgin; that the king, uneasy at his birth, was desirous he be put to death & caused all the males born at the same period be put to death!

  • @haggardpeople Actually Yeshua ben Yousef (Jesus son of Joseph) is a historically recognized figure in history, anyone who refutes that exhibits a terribly ignorant view on ancient and classical history. The debate isn't over his existence, it's over where or not he was of divine influence or origin.

  • Guys, guys, guys, calm down! Just because other mythologies testify of Jesus Christ (though in admittedly distorted ways) doesn't mean they're evil or refutable. Look at the Egyptian god Horus (mostly from Memphite theology), the writings on him are practically verbatim with the verses on Jesus, and that seems more like a prophecy to me. Then there's Quetzalcoatl of the Aztec mythology. There's MUCH more, but I'm running out of my allowed characters for this post. Just look it all up.
