AllState Insurance refuses to pay this Biker's claim. He paid Full Coverage and they refuse to pay since July of 2007. Anderson, Indiana USA

I learned my lesson! Don't buy insurance from companies that spend billions of dollars advertising! DUH!

@ramman911 Legitimate claims are paid. The problem is, among other things, fraud. Millions of dollars are paid out every year on claims that are fraudulent. There are probably other factors that contribute to the claim not being paid. Insurance companies frankly have to protect them selves from mayhem as well.

@rotten350 I don't even like Harleys. I ride a Yamaha V-STAR! But I don't like to see people get ripped off by Insurance Companies.

i hate that shit... insurance fucks people all of the time. i got hurt in a wreck and they drag their feet as mutch as possible

@Jeepskickass2003 That's the point. He doesn't know anything... he's just making assumptions.
My statement was... literally... to point out that he didn't know anything about the issue but made a video and statements without any facts.
If he doesn't know anything about this claim (as we've both assumed) and yet claims to know that it had some credibility, etc... then he is lying to us.

"All legitimate claims are payed" OMFG ROFL you are a complete moron. Allstate is the biggest suck fest of money out of them all. I bet every adjuster has an encyclopedia of claim denials and they just flip to a page and quote it for denials. Good hands my arse. Bunch of crooks and thieves they are.

huh? ... this is video footage I shot of this guys' truck and bike... why would I take it off? and what are you reporting? Start with AllState and have them pay this guy's claim.
