Gss/DJA Recording of a 16th Century Welsh farmhouse, demonstrating the quick and accurate collection of geometry and location for complex, non symmetric buildings. The animated flyby was produced in Pointools View pro, from scan data collected with a Faro LS880 and survey control provided by a Leica TS1302. • import this into Euclideon engine :D omg that would be nice (If it is real)

  • @IceCubeVideos

Moved it out of stock representative forms? - created impressionism etc.

If you can just scan everything and represent it so much more accurately in 3D, photography might be pushed into new roles - just a hunch.

  • @ymirfrostgiant and what did photography do to painting?

  • Amazing

  • I get the feeling that sooner than later 3D scanning and point cloud engines will do to 3D graphics what photography did to painting.

  • I'm just getting started with 3D scanning (Faro LS Photon 120) - and this is depressingly good!

    Fantastic work!

  • just superb!
