Its funny they climb all the time and I dont care if they are cage aggressive....maybe I keep shit in there I dont want people to mess with

i really dont think care it is stupid....Sure i could feed them thawed but not natural so i choose not to......sure I can feed them some other tub where they would not be aggressive in there cage but I choose to have a little fire proof safe that sits in there more people will leave it then get it and if they do get it they got more of a chance to get bit.....sure I enjoy watching the rat suffocate and not to mention the bones crack or eye pop out if your lucky but that is my choice

just for all the experts on here my snakes are still doing great....they are still capable of killing their own food in their own cage....if I get bite again I will do the same thing lmao....I just cant stand the people who tell me you dont care about your snake cause you feed them live rats....I bet those people 1 dont have a snake or 2 have one in aquarium....I love my snakes if not I would have killed him when he bite me

dont feed live prey. That is one of the first thing a reptile owner should know.

My 5' RTB climbs all the time. And I feed frozen just cuz my friends RTB had a few chunks taken out of it by the rat he fed it. He left for 15 minutes, came back, too late. Snake died weeks later. I'm not chancing it, but that's just me. Nice snake BTW :)

@Rouyakan actually live feedin is dangerous for the snake and is not recommended. The rat/mouse has a much harder bite than a snake and if it bit the snake there there would be serious issues. Same with claws. The mouse is fighting for its life remember.

You're allowed to feed live because they do in the wild, but it's much safer to feed prekilled or f/t.

Guys, there is NOTHING WRONG with feeding live prey, and frozen/thawed is no better than live or vice versa. Also, I feed my snakes in their enclosures; it's actually a little easier on them since you aren't really supposed to move them after they eat. Do you think large-scale breeders take ALL their snakes out to feed in different containers? And I feed F/T because I live in an apartment and I can't have 50+ rats in there. As long as your snake is healthy and thriving, that's all that matters.

acually mine spend more time in there trees then in hideing or on the floor yes there are lots of things wrong with what happnd but lol but uhh every one to there own sweet cage bro !!!
