RC Jet Damaged At Maiden Flight, Almost Crash, E-Flite F-15

First flight with my E-Flite F-15 Eagle. Motor cutout during flight and a strange motor sound.
I think the motor cutouts are caused by the LiPo Accu, too much Amps. I have programmed Fail Safe to motor off but I don't think it's the receiver.
I will try it the next time without afterburner cups, more thrust, less velocity, less Amps. I added them because I thougth 3500 rpm/V are too less.

Setup:
Modified E-Flite F-15 Eagle: No canopy hatch in the box- built a new one without plastic canopy
Cut off one fourth of both rudders
Use only a single 3s battery pack
Brown painting at the upside
"Afterburner Cups" reduce nozzle diameter to 54 mm

2x Thunder Tiger ACE OBL 29/35-10H 3500 rpm/V, max. 30 A for 60 sec. helicopter motor
2x Thunder Tiger ACE BLC-40 ESC, 40 A
4x Thunder Tiger C1016 Servos
1x Thunder Tiger CO915 Servo for steering

1x Kokam 3200 mAH, 11,1 V 3s1p 20C (max. 64 A)
Graupner/JR SMC-16 Scan (PCM Receiver)
All up weight 1300 g
Thrust 800 g
Thrust-weight ratio: 0,62
