A few short excerpts of Brigitte Helm from "Am Rande der Welt", "Die Jacht der Sieben Suenden", and "Die Wunderbare Luege der Nina Petrowna". She has such distinctive mannerisms and movements - jerking, slouching and slinking - those are what I tried to highlight here. Sorry about the quality - the first one's bad, the second one is sepia toned and the third film is black-and-white. There's sure a great difference between her acting in the first and in the latter two!
She was every man's dream, a silent woman.

Does anyone know where I could find "Die Jacht der Sieben Suenden"? Ive been after this Brigitte Helm movie for years and its so hard to track down.
I would gladly appreciate it if some fan out there could help me.

She looks like she was fabulous A True Star... Was she from Germany?

I wish that Fritz Lang had used her in more of his films. Gerda Maurus, who appeared in The Woman in the Moon and Spies were ok, but Helm would have been MUCH better in her roles.
