this accesories actually rocks, if you hit NPC with those black ball, you wont get anything, but against a player, it returns heaps amount of HP (green bar) the best is to just shoot the mid size ball ass it explode, even if only the explosion hit, your HP will be recovered enough to do another atk

also, the move that sucks out HP is un-blockable ! i've beaten many player that is able to do 1-hit-counter with this acc, i always pair it with ninja since it cost -1 spd
