@slicknickxp Sorry! Yes I do! Basically i use it like you would have normally. I have a joystick port -> MIDI din plug (most soundcards with a joystick port also double as a midi controller). Off the top of my head I don't remember which custom settings that I had to use. THere is a command line prompt (I believe) to change the midi map. By default, I believe, it uses window's default setting, but you can point it to a specific port. That or mapped through my Santacruz midi out.
@slicknickxp I think that this is a real MT-32. As the description says, there are a lot of custom patches in this tune. It sounds pretty much like my MT-32.
Which sound option did you choose for the music? I selected the Roland MT-32 and it didn't sound like. Does the roland or MIDI on dosbox have to be set to a certain setting?

That was the 1st adventure game I ever played, and the first game I had my new shiny 8 bit soundblaster for. I still love it and play it in DosBox!
