can you do the same you did on bar? What do you find harder ring muscle ups or bar muscle=ups?

@Truejusticevoice I find them easier on the rings. I have never been able to do one on a bar but I have not trained them on a bar. It really just depends on what you are used to. Others say it's easier on a bar.

@samarabee Well, i just have a bar, so i did like 10 there with added weight but i struggled so bad to do one on rings the other day. Maybe those rings were too low and i personally hate doing pull ups chin ups on low bars and rings, well it's hard to see but are you applying the false grip there? Because i have hard time with this shit, i never use false grip on bars.

@Truejusticevoice Good job on the bar! I don't like doing pull ups on low bars or rings either. I do use a false grip!! I think I would have to have 10x the muscle to do one without. I found that having the proper technique while doing a muscle up on rings was far more important than strength. Which means you need to get used to using a false grip and keep your elbows in close and straight behind you, "chicken wings".
Just keep at it, you'll get it!
