err day yes err day "oh no ur muscles wont have time to heal" pussy shit, pussy shit, eventually you get to a point where do this shit for hours and dont stop till ur on the floor rolling around in agony for a few mins. do that regularly, your body will get used to it. I DO NOT get soar, EVER. just faster stronger and more animal like. you will get soar at the start but it WILL go away if done right.
im talkin fighting muscles, if u want bulk go somewhere else.

@AaronWDFP but i do this myself. so it is how it works. because i do it every day lol. what u say is supposed to be right, but on top of that, you adapt. if your body has no recovery time it adapts to that, and recovers daily. trust me mang :P. it wont work that way untill you force your body to work that way.
and no Letgoofmylighter, never touched steroids, never will. U have adrenaline in your body already u dont need to inject fake shit, just pull out more of ur own urself.

@LatinGamerps3 same problem except im 6ft and 187lbs 16. i do alot of crunches so my top 2 abs are strong,the next 2 are visible but nowhere near as strong.i think uve gotta do lower ab excercises and that brings the middle ones out aswell as the lower.
