Sinful Sauces
Paul & Kelly,,husband and wife team who have an appreciation for chillies and undoubtedly, love their food with a bit of heat! What started out as a small, fleeting idea in the summer of 2010, quickly evolved into what is now an enterprising business for the pair. Both Paul and Kelly are avid chilli enthusiasts and enjoy eating food from all parts of the globe. Their backgrounds are considerably diverse and it is this diversity that plays an integral part in the overall character of what Sinful Sauces is today.

Both Paul and Kelly are very active in all the processes involved in the running Sinful Sauces. Their personal, hands-on approach and eye for detail is apparent in each and every bottle of sauce, pickle and spread that comes out of their kitchen. The results speak for themselves.

Habanero & Cardamom

Get ready for some heat! Made with 80% fresh Orange Habanero chillies & blend of secret Sinful spices, try this on cheese & crackers, meats or even scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:
Orange Habaneros (80%)
Cider Vinegar
Rapeseed Oil
Onion
Spices
Garlic
Lime
Mustard
Cardamom (2%)

What's It Like ?
How Hot is It ?

It has an Indian Aroma but not Curry and smells excellent, Its chunky and some nice Bits in it as a good Pickle should, the Flavor Explodes in the Mouth and as chewed it, kept getting awesome diff flavours. the taste stayed for ages and as was Busy and didnt eat dinner, was still getting flavour 8 Hrs Later Awesome..

Heat, Hit pretty quick in the back of the throat and lips, but wasn't that stingy take your breath away and was quite tolerable, Then it builds and all over, the tongue took off and was justunder the Hurting stage so its Hot.. And an Excellent heat, we all loved it as well, Lasted a While too and didnt overpower the Flavour

All round Excellent, we all Loved both Heat and Flavour so its 1 for every1 and could add to nearly anything to give a decent heat Plus an Awesome Indian tinge,

hey neil. i recently discovered your channel and love your videos. I have also just gotten interested in hot sauces and also growing my own chiles. i currently have jalapenos, orange habs, and little blues growing. i was just wondering if you send and peppers to canada, because i would love some super hots such as some nagas or butcht's. whether you sell them or not i dont know. so let me know. thanks
