@neecyd63 You are too sweet! It's been a long journey...actually I started walk/running exactly 1 year ago...it's pretty crazy what your body can actually do! It's progress not perfection, and as long as we are moving in the right direction, we should be happy!

@shaylossmysterygal lol @ wonder woman...some mornings I feel more like Maxine...lol! I so wish you were coming to Vegas too my dear! You will be missed! I told Carla abouut how much wt you've dropped and how great you are looking and she said to pass you a hello and tell you she is so so happy for ya! She so enjoyed meeting you all when we were in TX!

@gastricRose I've missed you too Rosemary... thanks and you will get more than one HUG!!!! I have everything book and have since the fall... and can't wait to see you all there. Oh what fun we are going to have! I'm going to start practising and learning the words now so that by the time we're doing the flash mob all I have to concentrate on is my two left feet! lol
