In September 2008, Andrew and I went on a bike ride in the Australian Outback, it was quite an adventure.

  • Puncture after 15 minutes?? I rode across QLD in May 2009 (Mt Isa to Cairns) and I didn't get one punture the whole trip.

  • @yakidk89 Lucky you! Sounds like a great trip.

  • Puncture probably due to the stock tyre that came with the trailer. Schwalbe marathon at the very least for me. Marathon plus on ALL my bikes !

  • WOW Nice trip !ths for share

  • Nice ! Well done the pair of you,

  • Wow...part bicycle tour, and part survival trek. I would think that just cycling that distance would be difficult enough, without adding in the dust, wind, dirt-road riding, etc.

You Australians are tough people...well done!

  • wow what an amazing epic event you two had.

  • Well done both of you, that's some achievement! You could have checked the weather out beforehand hey! Congratulations!

  • What two brave, interesting people, I cannot wait to meet them both. Aunty Bunny would have been so proud of her son Andrew and Sarah too

  • thaT WAs so cool...i cant imagine my self in your shoes...godbless and more adventures to come....
