This exercise is great for activating and strengthening the serratus anterior muscle.
While lying on your back hold a dumbbell straight above your shoulder. From this position raise the dumbbell towards the ceiling by raising the shoulder.
Then lower the dumbbell by lowering the shoulder down WITHOUT BENDING THE ELBOW.
