Loved this show, but would only watch the episodes with Diana Rigg. She was a better actress then the two other ladies, Cathy Gale or Linda Thorson and thought she had the best chemistry with Patrick Macnee. She threatened to quit during the 1st year on the show after she discovered the cameramen were getting paid more then she was. She demanded and eventually received equal pay to Patrick Macnee because The Avengers audience grew substantially in the USA once Rigg was hired.

LSD on the Baby Bouncer...The shot that starts the end credits, with Steed & Emma facing each other, was copied by the show "ALIAS" in several scenes of Vaughn & Sydney in the warehouse...

I was disappointed to see Yootha Joyce ko'd so quickly & easily. Would have loved to have seen a long drawn out catfight develop between her & Emma with Yootha coming out on top & giving Emma Peel a beating. It would end with her straddling Emma & about to finish her off until Steed comes to her rescue.

One of the things about The Avengers was that there never was any blood in any episode I have ever seen.Very tongue in cheek always and immensely enjoyable .Thanks for this and other episodes.
