i remember watching this with my parents when i was 10 actually i think my mother taped it on her vcr but who knows where it went after over 20 years lol

It's a shame the producers of Dallas couldn't just take a brief hiatus & allow Larry Hagman to appear in the "I Dream of Jeannie" movies, as his presence was badly needed in these films. After all, HE originated the role of Major Anthony Nelson! Wayne Rogers seemed so out of place in the movies! It's also a tragedy that Emmaline Henry couldn't reprise her role as Amanda Bellows, as Emmaline died a few years before "IDoJ: 15 Years Later" aired. The two Generals, Peterson & Schaefer, also died.

So ,15 year later Genie became Samantha ? Even the thing of the main actress doing double , uh kind of fuck it up with the original ! The only thing worse than that was the Tabatha show, telling the story of Samantha"s daughter ( it last few episodes and was cancel )

In this movie everything is too toned down haha. I know in movies they can't be more crazy like in sit-coms but its just not the same. And Barbara doesn't speak with the same "Jeannieness" in her voice Of course the absence of Larry Hagman doesn't help...

Just like Bewitched show switching Darren's, their is something missing form the movie.
