  • @piovra9 AIDA rule 6.1.8 states " The athlete should remain completely submerged, except the tip of fin(s) during the complete performance,

    except in the 5 meters zone before and after each turn where any part of the body can emerge, except the mouth and/or nose." - there are markings on the side of the pool that you cannot see in the video to ensure that if there are any breaches, it can be quickly checked at the time to see if they are within this 5m mark
