Sorry you're having trouble! Have you called customer support? It's unusual that you're having to fix things to get the pads wet. That would mean the spray bar or the pump I would think, unless the spray bar is blocked? If you call customer support at 800-695-2942 and ask for customer service they can help you figure out what's wrong and fix the unit once and for all. Again, so sorry you're having trouble.
