The power on today's GEXR train is FEC 709 SD40-2, GATX 7369 SD40-2 and Rail America 2211 GP35! Not bad I'd say. Wired to see those fallen flags for power because this line is connected to the CN Dundas Sub so you'd think it would be CN. Guess not. My uncle works here at the Salt Mine so he knows about where and how the trains get loaded. The GEXR does not run everyday, as they have boats and trucks to move the salt. Enjoy!! • what is the radio scanner that you are using? where did you get yours?

  • @thunder393 - I use a Uniden BC72XLT Handheld scanner. I got mine at The Source. If you are American, The Source is a Canadian version of Radio Shack. Sorry it took a while to reply.

  • @mocharger06 I would be!

  • Love that turbo whine! Railfanners love this stuff, but I bet the people stuck at that crossing aren't too thrilled...

  • What is the Chanel that you where using to hear the Goderich G.E.X.R. talk to each other?

  • Sweet vid! Do you know what channel do they use?

  • Great video! There is a 4% grade up the line from here.. when I saw it I honestly thought a train could never make it up that
