Css problems: Hl2.exe not responding + run time error

READ PLEASE!!!!
Well i bought css off steam onto my vista pc (£1500)
Worked perfectly fine for about an hour, i didn't download anything, no skins, and when i went on teeside italy after about 8 roudns it just shut down saying run time error and hl2.exe not responding so from that time i tried fixing it, didn't work, so i made this video.

DONT DELETE CLIENTREGISTRY.BLOB,IF YOU DELETE IT YOU MUST REINSTALL STEAM AND GAMES

just bought steam for 19.99 euros and this shows up.... hl2 exe has stopped working bla bla bla..
