Hi Guys! Here is your food and fitness challenge this week! ORANGE is still the color of the week for food! Try sugar pumpkins! slice them in half, scoop out the seeds and give those to the squirrels! Then put a little olive oil on each half and roast face down on a cookie sheet for about 40 minutes at 350-375 til tender! try it all week straight up or scooped out and mixed with seasonings and some whole grains!

Now for the Fitness portion of your challenge! Try bicycles! these are a great exercise to do at home on the floor! Lay on your back. bend your legs up towards your chest in a 90 degree angle. Lift your had and shoulders up off the floor and tuck your chin. Put your hands behind your head (don't pull your head) just rest your fingers on the back of your head - tighten your abdominals and slowly twist your torso to the right and at the same time take your opposite leg and straighten it out in front of you; then switch and do the other side. do this carefully and slowly. Make sure you are not straining your neck! watch the video!
