Grand Hotel proudly hosts many meetings of groups of all sizes throughout our season, offering memorable experiences attendees will not soon forget. A personal convention manager will be assigned to help determine your meeting rooms, placement of audio-visual equipment, stage settings, lecterns, cocktail receptions and special menu requirements. We supervise island logistics and also assist in choosing floral arrangements and music. At Grand Hotel, there is no charge for the use of meeting rooms, in-house AV equipment, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, or the services of your personal convention manager.
