Monster Hunter Tri: Advanced Armor Sets 2/3

Something I've wanted to do for a while now.

...even though MH3 is cataclysmically less popular now and over half its servers have been shut down.

Just showing off some of the armor sets I've put together over the year I've been playing.

Well i was just equipping my Damascus armor once while i was in my Helios armor/Helios+ armor i got the helm, chest and legs on Damascus then i had earplugs then i attached some punishing draw jewels then had earplugs and punishing draw, then i have that tali crit draw +7 and 00 slots then in total i had earplugs punishing/critical draw. It's a pretty good GS set.

@yugioh1234567891000 Yeah that's the standard punishdraw set. It's possible with to get it withs+1, cdraw, pdraw and plugs with blos+ braces and a draw+7 0 talisman too.

I have a question for you Blade. What is your opinion on crit draw?

@wolfspirit12223 If you GS, it's an essential skil on any set; period. Otherwise its useless save for hammer draw charges I guess.

I have a similar set to your Status Longsword set. Exept I use an Agnaktor Mail + instead of Bnahabra Mail +. When I add in my gems, It gives me:

Trap Master, Razor Sharp, Status Attack Up, Guard +1 (I had enough room to gem it in), Speed Sharpening, and Divine Blessing. My Queen Talisman has Speed Setup +10 with 2 Asylum Jewels attached to it, and you need a Weapon, or Longsword with at least 1 slot. I use it all of the time.

@bluelink142 You must use that set for lancing or something. If that's the case, try using all agnaktor+ parts save for the head and waist, which should be sword saint earring and bnahabra+ coil respectively.

With a Guard+6 Heat Res+10 talisman and a one slot weapon/lance the skills come to:

Heat cancel (Hi)

Guard+2

Status Atk Up

Mind's Eye

Razor Sharp

A perfect set for poison raping uragaan with the Toxic Javelin IMO.

On my lagi+ blademaster i gemmed in earplugs. This helps alot for Barroth and Lagiacrus etc. All i did was put earplug jewels on the Helm, Vambraces, Faulds and Greaves and then on the mail i put a silencer jewel. That gives you hearing +9 so you need either a 1 slot weapon or charm or a hearing +1 talisman.
