Train Spotting in Milford, CT 6/24/08

I went train spotting today in my hometown of Milford, CT on the Northeast Corridor (former New York, New Haven & Hartford/Penn Central/Conrail line). I managed to get footage of 2 Amtrak and 2 Metro North passenger trains during the evening rush hour. You'll see a Metro North and Amtrak train heading west towards New York. And You'll see a Metro North and Amtrak train heading east toward New Haven. So thats 4 trains all in less than 3 minutes of a video!

Dude if go to tracks by the milford dump, you'll see some crazy long freighters.

Yeah, but the freight trains use the branchline near the dump at night for the most part. Usually when I'm sleeping I can hear them pass.
