The shocking truth not understood by the masses---skirts are, always have been, and will forever remain---sex neutral. Pants are a horseback riding garment. Skirts are stereotyped as female because men largely renounced them centuries ago and because people reason by association "skirts are female because only females wear them." A neutral garment does not become female because one sex walks away from it. Bras are female by anatomy, skirts are not. Remember the Roman legions?
