Just sighted in my barnett jackel using 425 grain dull field points..has great groupings about 2 inch at 30 yards for me in sit down resting on knee shooting using barnetts cheap red dot which has some slop in it,but if you make sure to center red dot in the scope you can get pretty nice groups...And the power is the same as barnett most powerful crossbow they offered in the year 2000 which was the quad 300 which top fps of 315 fps..Todays crossbows are extremely powerful up to 400 plus FPS and these high powered XBows are getting 2-3 inch groups out 100 yards which is insane for a crossbow...These weapons should be treated with great respect as even a crossbow with 100 fps is lethal...The standand longbow shoots at 100-120 fps and was used to hunt game such as buffalo 100 plus years ago...
