It's not a review, if it's a small gaming journal meant to apply some things learned in class to gaming. So, I related it to this.
They are in fact "buttons" as they do not make "keys".The game calls em keys, but arcade manufacturers call them buttons.

13th Mix?! You lacked studies on this review, man. You could've said "The 13th series: DistorteD." Also, all of the clips you have shown were all arcade captures. You've never mentioned anything about the CS versions at all.
Last thing to say: Before you make a complete review of any kind, consult to people who knows the game better and there's always the wiki.
