(Note to self: YouTube doesn't like Degrees symbols either. Don't include them in your comments unless you want to have your comments declined. Thanks for being all big and forboding with the non-alphanumerics, YouTube....)

As I remember, though, the joke was that was that the fake lava's temperature is listed in Kelvin, and it sounds impressive if you're thinking in terms of Fahrenheit, but the fake lava's actually not all that hot if you're familiar with Kelvin. I don't recall what number the Intelligence actually said, but it couldn't have been too hot; Fahrenheit overtakes Kelvin somewhere around 575 F / 574.82 K.
Yeah, something like that. Must have been in the hundreds. Who here remembers that document?

Actually, IIRC, the end of Contract JACK ends with John Jack dying, but not before he gets to Dmitri's skis and sabotages them. Contract JACK takes place between NOLF and NOLF2. Aside from getting shot up and falling into an ice chasm, he was okay at the end of NOLF. But in NOLF2, there's Intelligence about him having a skiing accident where his skis failed, he went off a cliff and landed on a little girl, and he ended up in a body cast because of that accident.
So orlnl would be correct.

@BloodyBay The Kelvin scale is not in the thousands. Zero Kelvin is minus 273 degrees Centrigrade thus a temperature in the thousands Kelvin is also in the thousands degrees Centrigrade. Just to let you know......
I wish there was a third NOLF =(
I was so in love when NOLF 2 came out~!!
