I don't think Paul is a bad guy he just wasn't himself that night. I think everyone has a dark side and I think it made Paul more colorful seeing it let lose here.

@cna20006 no, April is Heather's mom. i'm pretty sure she was Paul's first wife. Isabella, Eva's character, and Paul only had the one kid together, Ricky, who went to live with Isabelle's parents after she died.

Paul's mom was a piece of work. She was a pain to all of the women that he got involved with. Paul is a bit rough but I don't see it as rape. She returns the kiss and is not resisting.
