2 Way Sync between Google and Outlook Calendars

I have 2007 outlook and it is working perfect... for me

perfect! tested it in outlook 2010!

funny though the web is full of 3rd party software

(of course they do a lot more syncing - contacts, tasks etc)

Syncing contacts is important too, anybody knows a way?
