Dear Mezo,
Yes it can be, the lack of oxygen in the blood triggers off activity in the `fight or flight` part of the nervous system which canmake you feel shaky. If there is not enough oxygen going to your brain you can feel dizzy, and weakness can be lack of oxygen going to your muscles. However you should go to your own doctor to see what he thinks.
