Social CRM is breathing new life into traditional/transactional CRM. The CRM software vendors are stepping up, and many B2C businesses are capitalizing. Unfortunately, many B2B companies are still sitting on the sidelines. Lets hope some of the B2B brands watch this video and get some ideas.
